Eloisa M. Briones serves as the Vice President, Administrative Services of Skyline College. She
is responsible for providing administrative leadership and oversight in all areas of the finance,
budget & operations, human resources, facilities and capital improvements, transportation
services and Public Safety at Skyline College. Eloisa is a member of the College President’s
Executive Leadership Council and various governance committees at Skyline College, as well as
at the San Mateo County Community College District, of which Skyline College is a part of.
She co-chairs the College’s Strategic Planning and Resources and Allocation Committee and the
Health, Safety & Emergency Preparedness Committee. VP Briones gained extensive experience
in community college finance and operations for close to 25 years. She earned a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines. She
is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Association of Chief Business Officials
(ACBO), the American Council of Community College Administrators (ACCCA), and the
National Asian Pacific Islander Council (NAPIC).
